What dimensional tolerances apply to products made from PU-bound rubber granulate?
The following dimensional tolerances generally apply to new, fully cured WARCO products made from PU-bound rubber granulate:
– Length and width: ± 1 %
– Thickness: ± 2 % (± 2 mm for tiles)
Measurements are taken at 20 °C and 40 to 60 % relative humidity. The exact tolerances are stated in the relevant product data sheet and should be taken into account when calculating the quantity required.
