Frequently asked questions

How visible are the joints between rubber tiles after installation?

The visibility of the joints depends on the type of tile, colour scheme, edge finish and format. Tiles with dovetail connections form narrow joints. Calibrated tiles with cut dovetail joints create an almost seamless covering. In multicoloured designs, the joints are less noticeable.

With square or rectangular tiles, the joint pattern is usually clearly visible as a regular grid. Bevelled or straight edges emphasise the joints, while unbevelled edges make them barely visible and barely perceptible to bare feet. With single-colour tiles, the joint pattern may stand out more.
