Laying planner: how do I calculate my tile requirement online?
The laying planner is a digital tool that estimates the number of tiles required for a given area in a few steps, including a wastage allowance for cutting. It simplifies the planning of tile coverings made from PU-bound rubber granulate for terraces, walkways, sports areas and indoor spaces.
The laying planner is available on every relevant product page in the WARCO online shop, directly below the price and quantity selector. Selecting the “Plan laying” button opens the tool in the browser. No registration is required, and the planner is free to use.
Once the area dimensions, such as length and width in metres, have been entered, the planner determines the estimated number of tiles and displays a suitable laying pattern. For areas with cut-outs, angled edges or curves, the layout should be divided into separate sections, with edge cuts and an additional wastage allowance taken into account. The result provides a realistic estimate of the quantity to order.
