Which flooring solution is suitable for composite, printed, multiplex panels or sheet metal?
Rubber granulate tiles are an excellent flooring solution suitable for a wide range of applications on surfaces made of durable materials such as aluminium, galvanised steel or stainless steel, as well as on various panel materials like composite, printed, multiplex, sandwich, and other lightweight panels. Such flooring panels are commonly used, for example, for bolt-on or extension balconies, in vehicle construction for trailers and commercial vehicles, as well as for constructing platforms, stages, decks, or cover plates.
All these panels or sheets feature an ideally flat surface available in different finishes – smooth, rough or ribbed. A suitable WARCO flooring can be installed directly on these panels without extensive preparatory work, or, if necessary, can be bonded. The WARCO flooring not only provides excellent impact sound insulation, but also effective thermal insulation and good slip resistance, making it the ideal solution for many applications.
A particular highlight of the WARCO flooring is its complete water permeability. Rainwater is quickly and evenly absorbed by the rubber granulate tiles, percolates rapidly, and flows off the underlying panel following the slope. This property ensures effective drainage of rainwater, prevents puddle formation, and enhances the usability of the surface.
