How do I install tiles on concrete, asphalt, tiles or ceramic tiles?
Rubber mats and tiles made from rubber granulate can generally be installed on concrete, screed, asphalt, tiles or ceramic tiles without any additional surface preparation. This is particularly applicable to covered areas or indoor spaces. In principle, the substrate should be clean and oil-free, and any significant unevenness or level differences must be corrected.
This also applies to outdoor surfaces. Areas exposed to weather conditions and natural precipitation, as well as spaces that are continuously subjected to water (e.g. indoor swimming pools, car washes, saunas, stables, greenhouses), must have a gradient of 1 to 2% towards the drainage or infiltration area.
If the outdoor surface to be laid is damaged – for instance, by cracked concrete or chipped tiles – it can be permanently sealed quickly and cost-effectively with ALLESDICHT prior to reinstallation. Small cracks and chips are filled during application by the viscous ALLESDICHT. ALLESDICHT is environmentally friendly, solvent-free, and water-dilutable.
