The stone carpet click tile is a weather-resistant surface covering for balconies, loggias and conservatories. The small-format layout creates a uniform, carpet-like appearance across the area. Its structure softens footfall, reduces contact chill from the subfloor and provides a comfortable walking feel, even barefoot and in damp conditions. Suitable for everyday residential use, including households with children or pets.
Easy installation
Tiles are laid loose without permanent fixing. The calibrated jigsaw interlock connects the elements securely and forms a hairline joint that remains barely visible on the surface. With no bevel on the edges, the overall appearance is even and uninterrupted. Tiles can be cut to size using standard tools and replaced individually if required. The permeable structure combined with an underside drainage profile allows water to pass through and run off following the natural fall of the surface.
Acoustic comfort and walking feel
The resilient structure reduces footstep noise and limits sound transmission to adjacent areas. This is particularly relevant on balconies in multi-storey buildings. At the same time, the surface provides a more comfortable underfoot feel and reduces the sensation of cold from the substrate, making it suitable for frequent use without footwear.
Single layer or combined system
The tiles can be installed as a single layer or combined with functional tiles XX. This layered setup allows the surface behaviour to be adapted depending on the application, for example in seating areas or near access points. The interaction between layers influences cushioning, insulation and overall surface response.
Two-layer construction
The tiles are manufactured with a functional two-layer structure. The wear layer consists of UV-stabilised EPDM rubber granulate, providing colour stability and surface durability. The base layer is made from recycled tyre rubber granules (ELT), supporting load distribution and contributing to the surface's cushioning properties.
