What dimensional tolerances apply to products made from PU-bound rubber granules?
For new, fully cured WARCO products made from rubber granules bonded with a polyurethane binder, the dimensional tolerance for length and width is ±1%. Thickness may vary by ±2%. For tiles, an additional tolerance of ±2 mm applies.
Measurements are made at 20 °C and a relative humidity of 40% to 60%. The exact tolerances are specified in the relevant product data sheet and should be taken into account when calculating the required quantity.
