What dimensional tolerances apply to products made from PU-bound rubber granules?

For new, fully dried WARCO products made from PU-bound rubber granules, dimensional tolerances are ±1% for length and width. The thickness tolerance is ±2%; for slabs, it is ±2 mm rather than ±2%.

These tolerances are determined at 20 °C and a relative humidity of 40 to 60%. The exact values are set out in the relevant product data sheet and should be taken into account when calculating requirements.
