Timed delivery service rules for construction delivery?
A timed delivery service from WARCO allows customers to move the delivery date stated in the delivery notification to a later working day. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. WARCO must receive the requested new date by email or telephone within 12 hours of the delivery notification being sent. Technical problems or vehicle breakdowns can delay delivery, although these are exceptional cases. The stated delivery date is not binding, and delays do not give rise to a claim for damages.
