Construction delivery service for my order

Delivery packaging and shipping are determined by the format and weight of the goods ready for dispatch. Smaller orders are sent by parcel post where the format is suitable, with a parcel weighing up to 25 kg. From a total weight of around 150 kg, goods are generally shipped on a pallet.

For pallet shipments, a half pallet or a large industrial pallet is used. The goods are stacked on the pallet and stretch-wrapped. A half pallet can have a total weight of up to 300 kg, while an industrial pallet can have a total weight of up to 1200 kg; the permitted total weight depends on the goods ordered and the country of delivery. The single-use pallet remains with the recipient and is not collected. Pallet consignments are delivered by a freight carrier.

For total weights of up to 2500 kg, unloading from the lorry is generally included in the price. Above 2500 kg, the recipient normally needs to arrange unloading, using a forklift truck, front-end loader or ramp. An individual arrangement can be made where required.
