A fixed delivery date means that your order is scheduled to be delivered on the day specified in the delivery notification. Fixed delivery dates are not guaranteed, nor are delivery time slots, as unforeseen delays may occur during transport. Claims for compensation if a fixed delivery date is not met are excluded.
