Right of revocation 

In terms of §13 BGB (German Civil Code), Consumers have the right to revoke the contract in accordance with the following provisions:

You may cancel your contractual agreement within 14 days without stating a reason. The cancellation period begins upon the receipts of the goods that have been collected by you, or a representative of your third party who is not the carrier. In case, when the goods were received in instalments, the aforementioned period of fourteen days is binding from the date of the receipt the last part of the goods by you, or a third party, other than the carrier, that was authorised by you.

In order to effectuate your right of cancellation, you must notify us, namely

by a clear written statement (e.g., letter, fax, e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. In order to do so, you may use the attached model of the form below, however, it is not mandatory.

To obey the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the message about the revocation of the contract prior to the cancellation deadline.

Consequences of revocation

In the event of an effective revocation, we are obliged to reimburse you all the payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen another type of delivery that was offered by us within the standard delivery quotation), and must be repaid immediately within fourteen days from the date on which the notice of cancellation was received by us.

For the repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise, however, in any case, no additional fees are going to be charged here.

It is obligatory to return the goods promptly, and in any event, not later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us about the cancellation of the contract. The deadline is met if you send us the goods back prior to the period of the aforementioned fourteen days.

The Client bears the direct cost of returning the goods. The cost of returning the non-packet shippable goods amount to about 150 € per pallet. The cost of return is about 20% higher than the cost of sending the goods from us. The Customer is responsible for the possible decline in the value of the ordered goods only when the deterioration of their condition occurred due to an improper validation or use of the product other than for its intended purpose.
